Training days: On training days, follow the application table based on your weight and the length of your workout.

Rest days: On rest days, use the Perfect Carb Loader dissolved in water (300 ml of water per scoop) as part of your diet to consume a total of 2-4 grams of carbohydrates per kg of body weight.


Note: Higher dosages correlate with higher training intensity and duration (hours). Taking Perfect Carb Loader on rest days should serve to add additional carbohydrates to your diet, in addition to a varied food intake.
