Promotion and Participation Terms for the ESN Week Rewards Programme

During the period from 28.06.2026 to 08.07.2026 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”), Fitmart GmbH & Co KG, Werner-von-Siemens-Straße 8, 25337 Elmshorn, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) is organising the ESN Week Rewards Programme (hereinafter referred to as the “Programme”). Participation takes place via the ESN online shop.

The Programme consists of two components:

Component A: ESN Week Rewards – a personalised order discount in tiered amounts, depending on the cumulative turnover during the Promotion Period.

Component B: ESN Week Prize Draw – the raffle of physical prizes and order refunds among all qualified participants.

1. Who can participate?

Participation is open to all natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and reside in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Spain or the United Kingdom. By participating, you accept these Promotion and Participation Terms.

Employees of Fitmart GmbH & Co KG or any company affiliated with us, as well as any other persons involved in the development and execution of this promotion, are excluded from participation.

2. When does the Programme run?

The Promotion Period begins on 28.06.2026 at 12:00 p.m. and ends on 08.07.2026 at 5:59 p.m.

3. Component A: ESN Week Rewards

3.1 How do the ESN Week Rewards work?

You will receive a personalised order discount in a tiered amount, depending on your cumulative net order value after returns during the Promotion Period. The decisive factor is the turnover actually retained by you after deduction of any returns and cancellations.

A prerequisite for receiving the order discount is your express consent during the order process (opt-in at checkout) to participate in the ESN Week Rewards and to receive the related email containing your personalised order discount. Without this consent, no order discount will be sent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 5). Upon withdrawal, your entitlement to the order discount expires, provided that it has not yet been redeemed.

3.2 What tiers are there?

Only the highest tier reached will be granted. Combining multiple tiers is excluded.

3.3 Dispatch and validity

The personalised order discount will be sent by email on 07.08.2026, after the standard withdrawal and returns period has expired, to the email address provided during the order process.

The order discount is valid from 07.08.2026 to 30.09.2026.

3.4 Redemption conditions

Minimum order value for redeeming the order discount: 50 € after all other discounts and before redeeming the order discount.

The order discount can be combined with other promotion codes.

The order discount is personalised, non-transferable and can only be redeemed once.

Cash payment of the order discount is excluded.

4. Component B: ESN Week Prize Draw

4.1 How does participation in the prize draw work?

To participate in the prize draw, you must meet the following conditions within the Promotion Period:

Minimum order value: You must place at least one order in the ESN online shop with an order value of at least 75 €/GBP/CHF after all discounts. The minimum order value is 75 € in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France and Spain, 75 GBP in the United Kingdom and 75 CHF in Switzerland.

Opt-in: You must actively consent to participate in the prize draw during the order process at checkout.

Participation within the Promotion Period is limited to once per person and order email address. If one person places multiple qualifying orders, participation will only be counted once.

If an order is fully cancelled or returned under the statutory right of withdrawal and the minimum order value of 75 €/GBP/CHF is therefore no longer reached, eligibility to participate in the prize draw expires.

Participation is only possible in your own name. Provider-dependent costs, for example for internet use, may be incurred by you.

4.2 When will the winners be selected?

The winners will be selected at random on 07.08.2026, after the standard withdrawal and returns period has expired, from all eligible participants. The winners will be notified by email within 14 days after the draw.

4.3 What prizes are available?

Fitmart GmbH & Co. KG will raffle the following prizes among all eligible participants:

Prize, raffled 20 times: 1x ESN Athlete Suitcase, a limited item not available for general sale and without a fixed retail price

Prize, raffled 50 times: 1x ESN Care Package with current launch products worth €182, preconfigured and not modifiable

Prize, raffled 100 times: 1x Order Refund, reimbursement of a qualifying order placed in the ESN online shop during the Promotion Period in the amount of the order value actually paid

A total of 170 prizes will therefore be raffled. Only one prize is possible per person.

Note on Prize 2, Order Refund: The order value actually paid by you, after all discounts and after any returns, for a qualifying order placed during the Promotion Period will be refunded. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the respective order. If several qualifying orders were placed during the Promotion Period, only the first qualifying order will be refunded.

Note on Prize 3, Care Package: The specific contents of the Care Package are determined by the organiser and cannot be individually adjusted. The Care Package contains the following current launch products:

Physical prizes will be sent by post to an address provided by the winners. We reserve the right to replace individual products in the Care Package with equivalent alternatives if this is necessary due to availability or logistical reasons.

5. How will my data be processed?

Information on data processing can be found in the privacy policy.

We process the data only for the purpose of carrying out and handling the Programme in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data provided as part of the Programme will be deleted, subject to statutory retention obligations, once the purpose of processing this data no longer applies or the data is no longer required for that purpose.

You may withdraw your consent to participate in the Programme at any time. You can withdraw your consent by email to the contact address stated in the privacy policy or via the opt-out link in each email sent by us. Upon withdrawal, your eligibility to participate and any order discount not yet redeemed will expire.

6. Miscellaneous

Cash payment of the physical prizes, Prize 1 and Prize 3, is excluded. The prizes cannot be exchanged for other services or prizes. The prizes are non-transferable. The winners have two weeks from the dispatch of the winner notification to accept their prize by replying to the email from Fitmart GmbH & Co. KG and providing their postal address. If a winner fails to do so, or if it is not possible to inform the winner of their prize, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to another participant in accordance with the procedure described above. The same applies in the event of non-deliverability or return of the prize. The participant is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the contact details provided.

The winners are responsible for any taxation of the prize. If individual provisions of these Promotion and Participation Terms are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

7. Can I be excluded from the Programme?

A breach of these Promotion and Participation Terms entitles us to exclude you from participation in the Programme. This applies in particular if false information is provided or third-party rights are infringed, for example personality rights or copyrights.

In addition, we may exclude participants from the Programme who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process and/or violate these Promotion and Participation Terms and/or otherwise attempt to influence the Programme or the handling of the Programme in an unfair and/or improper manner, in particular by disrupting the software used. In such cases, prizes and order discounts may also be revoked and reclaimed retrospectively.
